Word/Image: All Souls Day
What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.
Matthew 16: 26-27
Father the Craftsman of our souls, Jesus King of our souls, and Holy Spirit the Animator of our souls, instill in us a deep sensitivity to the needs of our eternal vessels that one day soon will return to You for our judgment. Grant us a sense of urgency in being watchers, keepers, and encouragers of each other’s souls. We ask You to bless the souls of the faithful departed. Hear our prayers for all the members of our family, especially for those through whom You have brought us into being. By the Power of the Precious Blood of Christ, we ask forgiveness for family, friends, and members of our community who are waiting to see You face to face. Father, You are our deepest longing. Word/Image: Particular Judgment
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
2 Timothy 4: 7-8
Father Keeper of the Book of Life, Jesus our Judge and King, and Holy Spirit the Law of Love, help us take account of our failings. Show us how to embrace the mystery of death as the door to our eternal life. Please shine the Light of Your Truth on us. Let us see how and where we are falling short of growing in Your Love. Despite how it feels at times, we recognize that our run in this race is very short. We thank you for the gift of each moment to surrender in faith to the healing touch of Your Merciful Hands. Increase our desire to repent of any ways that are keeping us from knowing You. Father count us among Your elect. Jesus please give us the strength to follow You no matter what the cost. and a garden causes seeds to grow,

Word/Image: Friendship
My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
John 15: 12-15
Father Master of Heaven, Jesus Servant of Love and Prince of Peace, and Holy Spirit, Blessed Adjudicator of every relationship, infuse our hearts with the sweetness of Sacred Friendships. Protect our precious relationships from envy, judgment, and selfishness. When Your word of correction must be spoken, please provide us with a disposition of humility, and give us what we are to say. Grace us with opportunities for fellowship and prayer with other brothers and sisters seeking Your Face. Father, we want to embody Your Command of Love to become agencies of Your Will. Jesus, we cannot wait to accept Your welcoming embrace into Your Kingdom. And Beautiful Spirit we thank You for lavishing us with Gifts of Love. “For the Lord is Good and His Love endures forever; His Faithfulness continues through all generations.”* AMEN

Word/Image: The Great AHA
And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
Hebrews 12: 2-3
Father of Glory, Jesus Pioneer of Truth and Glory, and Holy Spirit, Light of Glory in Action, open our eyes to see Your Door of Mercy waiting for us. Let us not delay in accepting, embracing, and thanking you for the Power, Might, and Wonders of Your Love. Brandish Your Name on the hearts of our souls. We await the glorious day when in Your Mercy every person on Earth whether they have confessed You as the Lord, God, and Savior or not, will see Your Endless Love and Glory on the cross. Soften our human wills propped up by facades of pride. Let every person melt with eager repentance and adopt the angels’ songs of praise and joy. Father, we know You will keep moving Your Human Creatures closer and closer to the bosom of Your Heart. Jesus, we bend our knees in adoration at the sight of Your Radiant Holy Cross stained with Your Precious Blood. And Beautiful Spirit we inhale the Fire of Your Love to be united in Communion with the Great AHA. “Answer me quickly, Lord; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit. Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.”*

Word/Image: Defile
To the pure, all things are pure; but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their mind and their conscience are defiled. They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.
Father of All Goodness, Jesus Pure Man and Pure God, and Holy Spirit Cleansing, Consuming Fire of Love, purge us of habits of mind, body and spirit that dishonor You. Help us to take careful inventory of the things we say, the things we think, the things we intend, the things we do, and all the things that occupy the secret recesses of our hearts. Lord shower us in Your Mercy. Lengthen the gaze of our spirits’ eyes that we might see with greater acuity the Wonders of Your Goodness and Love working in all things. Bless us with humility. Word/Image: This beautiful scripture/poetry on Wisdom
In Wisdom is a spirit
intelligent, holy, unique,
Manifold, subtle, agile,
clear, unstained, certain,
Not baneful, loving the good, keen,
unhampered, beneficent, kindly,
Firm, secure, tranquil,
all-powerful, all-seeing,
And pervading all spirits,
though they be intelligent, pure and very subtle.
For Wisdom is mobile beyond all motion,
and she penetrates and pervades all things by reason of her purity.
For she is an aura of the might of God
and a pure effusion of the glory of the Almighty;
therefore nought that is sullied enters into her.
For she is the refulgence of eternal light,
the spotless mirror of the power of God,
the image of his goodness.
And she, who is one, can do all things,
and renews everything while herself perduring;
And passing into holy souls from age to age,
she produces friends of God and prophets.
For there is nought God loves, be it not one who dwells with Wisdom.
For she is fairer than the sun
and surpasses every constellation of the stars.
Compared to light, she takes precedence;
for that, indeed, night supplants,
but wickedness prevails not over Wisdom.
Indeed, she reaches from end to end mightily
and governs all things well.
Wisdom 7: 22-8:1
Word/Image: Declare the Word of the Lord
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
